4. Property
① Functions in the dry method production：
1、Increase the compatibility of polyurethane size with the dissolvent and reduce the tension on interface, prevent the occurrence of “fish eyes”；
2、Adjust the difficulty to peel of the release paper from the leathers；
3、Anti-static；
4、Prolong the service time of release paper and increase its reuse times. After some times of reuse, the release paper becomes old and crispy, using ACR can enhance the effect.
5、Improve the outlook quality of the leathers, giving them smooth hand feeling and increase the genuine leather effects；
6、The amount shall be 0.5~1.0% of the total polyurethane size
② Functions in the wet method leather production：
1、When used together with negative ion permeating agent, homogenous micro-structures can be created in the solidification process of the leathers. In the course of water rinsing, the DMF rinsing effects can be enhanced. It can reduce the content of DMF remaining in the base to the minimum and increase the air-breathing, moisture permeating performance and enhance the genuine leather effects.
2、This product can give the surface of the leathers smoothness and brightness and reduce the sticking between leathers and prevent the sticking between the surface and back of large semi-finished leathers. which contributes to the mechanization and automation in multi-layer cutting of leathers.
3、The amount shall be 0.1~0.2% of the total polyurethane amount
