4.Property
This product is mainly developed for the water sprinkling treatment of PU, the treated synthetic leather has the water repelling effects such as lily pads；The treated synthetic leather has a stable period of time to keep the water sprinkling effect, which can be maintained for a long time if not washed. The effects can be retained over 10 times of dry wash and over 5 times of water washing and the declining rate of water sprinkling effect is≤20%；This product can be applied to various dry/wet method leathers, especially nubuck, space, garments and coating, etc
5.Operation：
For dry method leather, generally post treatment is adopted. Formulate the water sprinkling agent with water at 1∶20~30 and print through 80 mesh roller for 1~3 times；In the wet method production, add the agent into a specially purposed soaking sink and process with the normal wet method production procedure；For silicone water sprinkling agent, it is necessary to formulate B、C components at 1∶1 before mixed with water at 1∶20~30
