4.Property
①This product can homogenously disperse in the PU and PVC and be dissolved in DMF,TOL,MEK and alcohols.
② When this product is coated on the surface of synthetic leather, the anti-wear ,anti-scratching performance can be improved. Besides, the leathers are given dry smooth hand feeling
③This product could give the synthetic leather excellent waterproofing effects.
④This product can improve the resin’s processing property and it is compatible when formulated with resin.
⑤This product can also be used for the modification or resin, producing resin with anti-wear and anti-scratching performance
5.Operation
①1,When used in the surface material, the amount shall be 0.5%.
②When used in the surface treatment agent, the amount shall be 1-2%
③Since the viscosity is high, please use dissolvent such as TOL to dilute it and stir it homogenously before adding it into the resin.
④It is very important to dilute it homogenously. Otherwise, the product cannot show the best effect.
